The project involved the refurbishment of a vacant office building previously known as the Stokes House.
The Kelvin Building is a 5 story refurbishment project. The previous occupant of the site was known as the Stokes House. It's located in the heart of Belfast along Wellington Street. The Project involved upgrading the envelope to give it a more modernistic look as bringing the building up to date with todays building standards.
